Jamie Coulter, Broker/Owner
It all started innocently enough with a semester off from college back in 1990 to spend the winter skiing in Sun Valley, Idaho. Somehow I possessed the good sense in between powder days to pass the Idaho real estate license exam. Upon graduation from college, it was back to back Sun Valley as an intern in a local real estate office, then back to my hometown of Sacramento, California for what turned out to be a 10 year stent as a commercial real estate broker, manager and investor.
Fast forward to 2002, wife-to-be in tow, we were back in Sun Valley, this time to stay. I built a bunch of spec houses, brokered what I built, did some small development deals and settled in for the long haul in local real estate brokerage where you’ll find me today. I live in Hailey with my wonderful wife, Kristen and three beautiful children Charlie (8), Anders (5) and Honor (2). Every once in a while I squeeze in a little fly fishing, golf or skiing.
Annie Kaiser, Sales Associate
Annie grew up ski vacationing in Sun Valley, fell in love with the area, and moved after graduating from University of Oregon. 21 years later she continues to share her love of Sun Valley. Skiing and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle have turned into a family affair. She and her husband of 17 years, President of Northstream Construction, are raising two daughters, Libby 13 and Marit 10.
Having grown up in Seattle Washington, Annie can still recall her life-changing decision to leave the Pacific Northwest and move to the mountains. She understands the experience of relocating, and for the past 12 years she has used her professional skills to help clients find the right property, and make the move to Sun Valley a smooth transition. Her experience runs deep in marketing her listings and identifying properties for her customers.
Being a veteran of the Wood River Valley, Annie has a wealth of knowledge regarding the area schools, arts, and programs offered by organizations such as the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation, and in activities such as skiing and hiking. Having lived in the Bellevue triangle, Bellevue, Hailey and Ketchum gives her first hand perspective of the entire valley. Always there, helping people find their ideal home, Annie delivers unparalleled service with an easy-going approach and enthusiasm, plus experience that is unmatched.
Brian Kriesien, Sales Associate
After 16 years of owning and operating three restaurants, rolling millions of burritos and creating wholesale products, the urge came to switch careers. Real estate felt like a natural fit. Especially, since I love being my own boss! Come in early. Take an afternoon mountain bike ride. Coach my kid’s soccer team. Work late. Whatever it takes.
One of my strengths is flexibility (no necessarily physical…I’m no yogi), but having the ability to adapt to my customers different situations, needs and desires. Many of the same principles that lead to my success in the restaurant business drive my new career in real estate. My passion and skills are in customer service. Friendly. Trusted. Reliable. Responsive. Attention to detail. Being of service to others is what I do and I’d love to have an opportunity to serve you someday soon.
